The rules for using the ABAI platform.
Acceptance
By using this platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Membership
Membership is open to Bangladeshi community members in Ireland. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. Membership fees are payable annually and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Community content
Job posts are submitted by users and reviewed by ABAI before publication. You must have the right to post any content you submit, and it must be lawful and accurate. ABAI may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.
Elections
Only active, verified members may vote, once per election. Attempting to manipulate a vote is a serious breach and may result in suspension.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and, unless stated, non-refundable. Campaign funds are used for the stated purpose.
Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. ABAI is not liable for third-party content, external links, or losses arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
